8th Annual Life Preservers Project Summer Fundraiser and Art Auction
June 13, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm UTC+0$25
Don’t miss the fun at our Annual Summer Fundraiser benefiting GEMS and Project Rhythm.
This year’s extravaganza will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 and will include music, art, entertainment, and activities built around a 1970s theme. Net proceeds from the event will be donated to Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS), the only organization in New York devoted to combating human trafficking and the exploitation of young women, and to Project Rhythm, a New York-based non-profit organization with a unique approach to music education.
Early Bird Special! Purchase ticket prior to May 15, 2017 and receive $5.00 off of the ticket price.
This fundraiser brings the legal, art, and music communities together to offer not only entertainment and networking opportunities, but most importantly a chance to make a meaningful and lasting difference with your contribution.
Our 8th year features a 1970s theme and all attendees are encouraged to dress up and regale their 70s attire. The event will
feature a confetti dunk tank, the annual pie throwing event, art auctions (including custom painted vinyl records), and of course music from the 1970s — all of which help raise funds too!
Please also share this with your colleagues, friends, and contacts who might also be interested in attending. Thank you!
