DESCRIPTION:Led by Blair Cohen and Maribel Rivera on behalf of Operation Safe Spaces\, this important session begins with a thought-provoking fireside chat exploring what it truly means to be an upstander\, someone who actively fosters a culture of safety\, inclusion\, and belonging in the workplace. Following the conversation\, the DC Peace Team will guide participants through a hands-on\, 75-minute bystander intervention training\, offering real-world strategies to effectively and safely respond to harassment\, bias\, and micro aggressions. \nWhether you’re new to the concept or looking to deepen your impact\, this session will leave you equipped to take meaningful action and help build a more inclusive and respectful legal tech community.\n\nParticipants who complete the full session will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Operation Safe Spaces.\n\n  \nDon’t miss it.
